Julian Fraize has a professional and educational background in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Julian received a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Engineering, and a Masters in Ocean Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. During his academic career he worked as a research engineer at Stevens Institute’s Davidson Laboratory and at the Maritime Robotics Laboratory at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm Sweden. Over the past three years Julian has worked as a consulting Engineer primarily serving the U.S. merchant fleet. He also has unique direct experience with offshore wind technology development having worked directly with projects seeking to provide Jones Act compliant solutions to the WTIV bottleneck, as well as providing marine engineering to a now complete NOWRDC project.
